Users agree to these Terms by using Treasures.Today.

Treasures.Today is a listing platform connecting people who post and discover sales. Treasures.Today is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

Users must be 18 or older.

Sellers must:

• Provide accurate listing information
• Follow the 2-sales-per-address-per-30-days limitation
• Not include personal contact information in listing descriptions
• Not use the platform for commercial businesses

Prohibited listings include:

• Weapons
• Drugs
• Counterfeit goods
• Stolen goods
• Live animals
• Alcohol without the required license

Users must own the rights to uploaded photos or have permission to use them. Explicit content is prohibited.

Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. Buyers should inspect items before purchasing. All sales are final unless the buyer and seller independently agree otherwise.

Treasures.Today provides the platform only. Treasures.Today does not:

• Inspect items
• Process payments
• Guarantee transactions
• Resolve disputes between buyers and sellers

Sellers retain ownership of their submitted content. By submitting content, sellers grant Treasures.Today permission to display that content as necessary to operate the service.

Treasures.Today may use automated and manual systems to detect spam, fraud, abuse, and policy violations. Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Treasures.Today is not liable for:

• Buyer/seller disputes
• Damages arising from transactions
• Service interruptions
• Downtime

Treasures.Today may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
